Find out the most flexible and easy-to-use drag-and-drop editor

The Infomail editor is a powerful and flexible tool by which you can design and implement your newsletters quickly and easily. Follow these few simple steps: choose a template, select the blocks you want to insert, insert the content (text, images, buttons), and customize the graphic settings. In a few moments your emails are ready to be sent. Infomail’s editor is extremely flexible, able to support every implementation need: it creates more and more effective and original emails without any special skills.

Create the first email

Go to the Emails section of the top menu.


Fill in all fields,
Title(does not display in sending)
Recipients (choose the list to send to)
Sender (choose the sender you want to use)
Subject (choose the subject line of the email; remember that it is one of the main elements that will affect open rates)
Content(edit newsletter content)



You can choose to use the drag and drop Infomail editor (by clicking on Create Email) or upload your own html file, compressed as .zip.
If you upload the html file be sure to include the code to unsubscribe {{UnsubrscibeURL}} {{UnsubscribeURL}}.

If you decide to create the newsletter by drag and drop, click Create Email.
When you open the editor you can preview the blocks on the left side; on the right side you will see all the types of blocks available:

  • text (a block that you will use to write only text)
  • Boxed text (identical to the previous one but already preformatted)
  • image (a block for inserting images only)
  • timage + text (a mixed block for text and image insertion: you can choose whether to place the text below, above to the left or to the right of the image)
  • image card ( a block with image on top and text below)
  • call to action (a block that allows you to insert an image + text + a button; great for products, you can insert up to 3 products per line)
  • image group (a block for multiple insertion of images; you can upload up to 5 images)
  • divider (a block for inserting a separating line)
  • social share (a block that will allow your readers to share the newsletter on social)
  • social follow (a block that will allow your readers to go to your social page)
  • button (a block with which you can create and customize a button)
  • html (if you need to insert particular elements not provided by default you can use the html block; in this case check that the codes you insert respect the responsivity of the newsletters)
  • footer ( footer automatically contains the code for unsubscribing from the newsletter)


Set up a block

To add a block to your newsletter go with your mouse to the right and choose the one you are interested in.
Click and drag it to the left, then release it where you want to insert it.

To edit the block, click on it.
The image text block will be highlighted with a blue outline.
You will see that the right section has turned into an editable section.
This taken as an example is a image + text block.

You can insert the image by clicking on “Insert Image”; you can insert the alt text and insert the image link.
Remember to put https:// on all links.

In the lower right corner you will be able to edit the text. Remember to save after your changes by clicking the “Save and Close” button at the bottom right of the block.

By clicking on the block on the left you can move it up or down, duplicate it or delete it.


You can customize the block in several ways.
By clicking at the top of the block in the “Style” section, you can choose colors, fonts, formatting of the text, image, and block.
You can still change the text style from the “Content” section as well.


Click at the top on Settings and you will find some features related to the structure of the block that you can change:
You can choose the position of the text relative to the image, the proportions between text and image, the alignment of the image, and the size, which we recommend you set to Normal.
Save and close after editing.


Once you have finished to edit remember to click Save and Exit in the upper left corner.

Customize your email with dynamic fields

Including the recipient’s first or last name will make your message more appealing Infomail allows you to insert one or more merge tags, which are placeholders that allow you to extract a specific field from your contact lists and import it into the email. Upon submission, the Merge Tag will be replaced by the data associated with each contact. With this feature, it is possible to build highly personalized emails shaped to the recipient’s expectations.

Crop and adapt images with the built-in editor

Infomail provides you with unlimited Cloud space within which you can upload all the images you need for the creation of your emails. Infomail also offers you a very powerful and useful tool that allows you to take direct action on your images such as resizing or cropping without having to resort to complicated external applications.

Check the preview of your emails on different devices

Check now how your email will be displayed on different devices, Smartphone, tablet and desktop.

Attach a PDF file with one click

Infomail provides a cloud folder where you can store PDF files that can then be linked to your emails without having to include them as attachments.

Access the library of downloadable templates

Infomail provides you with several predefined templates that you can use for your communications. One of the special features of Infomail’s templates is that they can also be downloaded. All of Infomail’s templates are based on the MJML standard, which makes our emails natively responsive and therefore optimally usable on all devices.
